Terms and Conditions of Petcontrol AG

First Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all business between the Petcontrol AG and its customers, as defined at the time of the contract as amended.

Second Contract

The representation of the assortment in our online shop is free and without obligation. From the online store, the customer is asked to make an offer to conclude a purchase contract. By sending the order by the customer of the contract is still not concluded. The customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order by e-mail (order confirmation). Here you agree to pay the invoice amount within 10 days of receipt of the goods (The date of receipt of payment of Petcontrol AG).

4th Withdrawal and Returns

You can cancel your contract without notice for any reason within 10 days.

The period begins with the receipt of the goods and this instruction. The revocation period is sufficient to send the cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail or thing. For your cancellation, please contact our customer service.

In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits and emoluments taken. Please tell us this - unless we do not present - with a valid bank account. Can you give us the performance received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for lost value. 5th Warranty and Liability

If the delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, which include transport damage, so complain please immediately such errors, but no later than 14 days after delivery, in writing to our Customer Service. 6th Prices and shipping fees

7th Delivery

The Petcontrol AG will deliver the ordered goods to the customers address specified in the order as quickly as possible.

12th Final Determination

It is Swiss law excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).

Battery Recycling
